FamilyFlow connects tasks, lists, decisions, documents, photos and secure family data. It is designed to make the many small, often manual and sometimes cumbersome routines of family life noticeably easier. Many things can simply be spoken or written—the right action is created in the background.
FamilyFlow is explicitly in alpha. Features, interaction design and the security model are under active development and may change. There is no public sale and no committed release date yet.

FamilyFlow translates natural language directly into family actions and selects the configured route that fits: MiniAI on smaller devices, NumenKI as a powerful local sentinel or—when explicitly enabled—a controlled interface to public AI services.

✓MiniAI handles clearly bounded everyday tasks on less powerful devices. It works only when needed and is designed to conserve battery and memory.
NumenKI is the powerful local instance of Numen’s own AI, which is currently being built. It consolidates more demanding processing on suitable hardware and keeps context within the private system wherever possible.
When needed, FamilyFlow can connect selectively to other public AI services. This route is optional, configurable and remains clearly separated from local processing.
Confirmed corrections are stored as rules and synchronised across family devices, so a new device can already understand familiar assignments.
Passwords, vault contents, documents and NAS credentials are neither used as AI learning data nor automatically sent to public AI services.
ALPHAVoice understanding, available actions and local learning rules are being expanded and validated step by step during the alpha.

Private by design
FamilyFlow is being developed as a self-hosted solution. Devices connect securely to a private Debian service; documents and photos can remain on the family’s own NAS. There is no public database or exposed NAS connection.
These items are explicitly planned and are not presented as fully available. Priorities and scope will be shaped by technical validation and real family life.
