2. Website delivery and server logs
The website is hosted by dogado GmbH, Antonio-Segni-Straße 11, 44263 Dortmund, Germany. When a page is requested, the web server processes technically necessary data, in particular IP address, date and time, requested address, data volume, referrer, browser, operating system and status code. This processing is necessary to deliver the website, detect attacks and ensure secure operation. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, stable and error-free operation of the website. Log data is erased when it is no longer required for these purposes unless a security incident or legal obligation requires longer retention.
3. Cookies and local browser preference
To protect the contact form, the website creates a technically necessary session. The related cookie contains only a random session identifier and is used for CSRF protection and to limit abusive requests. It is not used for advertising or audience measurement and expires at the end of the session. The legal basis is section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG; subsequent processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. When you close the cookie and privacy notice, that decision is stored only as a local preference in your browser. It is not transmitted to Numen Digital Labs and the notice can be shown again at any time via the “Cookie notice” link in the footer.
4. Contact form and NumenHub
If you use the contact form, we process your name, optional company, email address and/or phone number, topic, message, language, timestamp and technical security information. At least an email address or phone number is required so that we can respond. The message is encrypted on the web server using AES-256-GCM and signed before it is transferred to NumenHub’s proprietary message inbox. No plaintext message is disclosed to third parties in transit. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract; other enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and traceable handling of business enquiries.
5. Recipients and transfers
Recipients are limited to Numen Digital Labs and the hosting provider dogado GmbH acting as a technical processor. NumenHub is a proprietary system of Numen Digital Labs. No transfer to countries outside the European Union or European Economic Area is intended for this website.
6. Retention
Contact enquiries are retained for as long as required to process them and any subsequent business relationship. They are then erased unless statutory evidence or retention duties apply. Security and session data is kept only for its respective protection and operational purpose.
7. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
